Nebraskans for Civic Reform Trailblazer After School Academy
Civic Nebraska is the lead agency and is responsible for the Trailblazers Academy.
We offer FREE after school programming with a hot meal for all students at Lewis and Clark with the goals of improving student learning, school attendance, and performance. The Trailblazer Afterschool Academy provides quality out of school time programming. We exemplify innovation and optimism while being civically engaged in our community.
We utilize Social Emotional Learning daily to empower youth and cultivate a culture of kindness.
Community partners and certified teachers deliver programming on site to the students. These programs are tied to the school day curriculum and focus on academics, STEM, recreation, nutrition, arts, and civic activities.
